Ever cared to know the beauty of life.in my previous blog I talked of life being a content covered by the universe as. a shell to a york. One great man once told me that the future belong to only those who can imagine it.There is a much awesome experience in trying to imagine your future,siting alone n just imagining the future as been for decade found to be a life therapy,among the few therapies that one can do for him or herself.Sitting down and just imagining about the future is just amazing.If you spend some time fantasizing about driving an SUV means you have to scale up to the task,we all know this cars are either expensive themselves and spend heavy fuel and for one to imagine it and and want to live in that future you have to measure up.Having to want to stay I. a mansion or giving your children good education is a good exercise to train the brain on thinking about tomorrow.

Most successful people are never successful because it just came as a surprise to them,It must have been something they pictured themselves in,it must be something they worked hard for.For hard to flourish it must be fertilized by fantasies or other call it imaginations.Imagination build our prosperity in a big way,because it acts like a guardian angel that guides us in al our endeavors.

most times we should be moved to live a happy life because we think happy life is sweet,just the thoughts of such life being sweet is simply enough.

it is also healthy to fantasize as it boosts your immunity system,for the immune the hormones are mostly released based on the feeling or attitude you are in,and mostly for you to be in good mood all time round has been proven to be difficult because one point in time one thing will hurt you.so for the number of times you may end up being hurt is often not accounted for,so we have to look for other reasons to be happy,and just generally finding reasons to be happy is again another difficult unless you just decide to smile in all circumstances that it ,to smile even when someone tries to hurt you.

Not everybody can do that and it not that simple to simple even if you are offended it takes courage and practice ,so the only possible way for everyone is to FANTASIZE

STEPS TOWARDS FANTASIZING

  1. Seclude yourself

  2. Wipe out your mind

  3. Think of all the things you want in life

  4. Don't focus on their worth

  5. Focus you in that kind of life

  6. Identify yourself in that life

  7. Smile and enjoy the mental video for 10 - 20 minutes everyday
