Is the ability of an individual to seek out into the market for viable sources and possibilities of a business,either which has minimal venture or that which had not completely been exploited,and to plan on how to execute the viable business and to eventually execute it.

The individual in such pursuit is called and entrepreneur.

An entrepreneur unlike a marketer not only seeks viable market but also executes the possible plans to accomplish his goals,they often know what they are going for,as they look,think before making a leap to any business venture.

WHAT IT TAKES TO BE AN ENTREPRENEUR

They posses some character traits that are very vital for one to belong,the ability to develop business plan, and hiring the right human resources in the pursuit,and gathering and acquiring financial and material resources, through clear provision of leadership skills to avert risk and take accurate responsibility for the venture's success or failure.

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SMALL BUSINESS AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Entrepreneurship is mostly misjudged with the smalll business or used interchangebly,but as entrepreneural ventures start out as small businesses ,no all small businesses start are etnrepreneural or have the intent of getting to that capacity.most small business are sole proprietor operation with a sole ownership or with very few number or workers and most offer and existing products process or servixe and the do not aim at growth ,thous this doesnt really necesaruy mean that the never grow they may grow but to certain limits In contrast, entrepreneurial ventures offer an innovative product, process or service and the entrepreneur typically aims to scale up the company by adding employees, seeking international sales and so on, a process which is financed by venture capital and angel investments. Successful entrepreneurs have the ability to lead a business in a positive direction by proper planning, to adapt to changing environments and understand their own strengths and weakness.
